Galaxy S23Have an S23 Ultra and not an S23, using eSIM. No issue with the service and I am on the latest system update.
Hope you are able to figure out the issue and fix it rather than being forced to buy a new phone.

Galaxy S23Have you:
1. Reset mobile network settings? It's under settings > general management > reset.
2. Reseated your SIM (if it's physical)? Turn off the phone, eject the SIM, gently clean it with a soft cloth, reinstall it.
3. Contacted your mobile provider and asked them to diagnose your connection? They may even need to reprovision your SIM.
Providing detailed info is helpful.

Galaxy S23Did you run diagnostics? If you did and it showed everything as being ok, take it to a repair center. They can perform more detailed testing. Here's how you can find a location near you:

Galaxy S23I assume the phone was not connected to your home Wi-Fi when you had trouble calling from inside your home. If it was, turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and see if you are still not able to make calls. Just want to make sure you crossed flaky Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi calling issues off the list.
