Has anyone had service issues with their S23? I even got a new SIM card with it still having the same issue. It might be time for a new phone.

Try running a diagnostic to determine if there are any hardware issues.

Have an S23 Ultra and not an S23, using eSIM. No issue with the service and I am on the latest system update.

Hope you are able to figure out the issue and fix it rather than being forced to buy a new phone.

I have a samsung s23 and have issues with my mobile data connection. I can only use my phone if I'm connected to wifi. It's been going on since Oct 2025. Tried everything. No one seems to know whats wrong

What have you tried? "Tried everything" doesn't tell us much.

Have you:

1. Reset mobile network settings? It's under settings > general management > reset.

2. Reseated your SIM (if it's physical)? Turn off the phone, eject the SIM, gently clean it with a soft cloth, reinstall it.

3. Contacted your mobile provider and asked them to diagnose your connection? They may even need to reprovision your SIM.

Providing detailed info is helpful.

Did you run diagnostics? If you did and it showed everything as being ok, take it to a repair center. They can perform more detailed testing. Here's how you can find a location near you:

I had problems with my s twenty three after an update. I could not make phone calls in my home. I could make phone calls outside. But not in my home, that went on for almost a month. They had to reset my network.Et cetera et cetera it turned out that it was the removable sim card. I had worked with spectrum and Samsung, and it turned out. It was verizon, that was the problem with the sim card. I've been waiting for a new SIM card. I've been using the e sim which works, but I also want the other one.I hope this helps. Call samsung for their tech support because I can't remember whether I needed to do some change some settings. Good luck

I assume the phone was not connected to your home Wi-Fi when you had trouble calling from inside your home. If it was, turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and see if you are still not able to make calls. Just want to make sure you crossed flaky Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi calling issues off the list.
