Screen light does not stay on when I'm on hold

Every time I am calling and I am asked to be put on hold the screen light will not stay on! Can I adjust it some way

You can go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout to change the length of time the screen stays on.

Alternatively, you can make a Routine that temporarily changes the timeout.

The Routine on my phone triggers from a widget (see screenshot), but you can set it to be triggered by your phone app instead.
