Where did you purchase it because it sounds like you might have purchased a refurbished device and the selling listed as new.

I would suggest seeing if it still does it in Safe Mode if it does you would need to contact Customer Service to have the phone checked.
Press and hold the Side button (also known as the Power button) and the Volume Down button simultaneously until the Power Off menu appears on the screen.
Tap and hold the Power Off icon until a "Safe mode" option appears.
Tap Safe mode. Your phone will then restart and boot into Safe Mode.You'll see "Safe mode" displayed at the bottom of the screen.
If it still happens in Safe Mode you would need to contact Support

The screen is a replacement for the constant use of the device, the screen warms up and causes this failure, especially when the replacement screen is of poor quality.
They purchased a Samsung Refurbished from Samsung so the product had a Samsung Screen installed no aftermarket parts
