"Hello Samsung,
I am a Galaxy S23 Ultra owner. This phone was your flagship just last year and sold at a very high price. It is really disappointing that it only gets 4 major Android updates and 5 years of security patches, while the Galaxy S24 series — only one year newer — gets 7 years of full support.
For fairness and to maintain customer trust, we as S23 users strongly expect Samsung to extend the 7-year update policy to the Galaxy S23 series as well. The hardware is more than capable of handling it. Please take this request seriously.

Galaxy S23I do not see that happening. Those phones were purchased under whatever update policy was in place at the time. That Samsung changed the update schedule for later models does not mean they will retroactively apply that schedule to older devices. You will be able to use your phone until it no longer works for your purposes. As far as security goes, you can add third party security apps. Using 32-bit apps means they are older apps and likely have security holes themselves.
