Samsung Internet isn't being recognized by Samsung Pass

There is an issue when I log in to a site through the Samsung Internet browser. When I want to save my username and password to Samsung Pass, an error appears saying, "Samsung Internet is not recognized by Samsung Pass." Please fix this, as I use this feature frequently.

Any update? Moved from a s22U with the issue to a s25U and still have the issue. My wifes s25 has it as well.

Hello samsung are we going to get a reply?! Seems I've made a mistake moving from iphone to samsung! Nothing but issues! I've also got the same on the S25 Ultra literally phone arrived yesterday and has just been setup...

Same issue since December. Seems like this issue will never be addressed. Samsung is too worried about all the AI garbage to care about what regular customers want and what they need to fix

Same issue on Galaxy S25 Ultra One Ui Beta 2 India,,,

All apps are upto date, system is upto date, Tries to clear cache for both the apps, tried reboot... nothing helps, it was working effortlessly till today, but from today evening I am facing this issue

Thatโ€™s annoying, the Samsung Pass integration with Samsung Internet should be seamless. The error โ€œSamsung Internet is not recognized by Samsung Passโ€ usually means thereโ€™s a mismatch in the app permissions or software versions. Try updating both the Samsung Internet app and Samsung Pass to the latest versions, then clear the cache and data for both apps (Settings โ†’ Apps โ†’ Samsung Internet / Samsung Pass). If that doesnโ€™t help, disable and re-enable the integration via Settings โ†’ Biometrics & Security โ†’ Samsung Pass โ†’ Autologin settings, and restart your phone. If the problem still persists, contacting Samsung support (or reporting via Samsung Members) is the way to get them to push a fix. abonnement iptv
