What can't I receive a SMS verification code on Samsung S23 Ultra?

Nothing. I don't receive anything

I never get a text or anything. I have tried downloading sms messaging apps and still nothing.

Try Samsung text app.

What messaging app do you mainly use? If i were you, I'd use Google Messages

One of the updates automatically changed my messages to Google messages.

Go into your Google Messages settings, tap "message organization," and make sure "auto-delete OTP messages after 24 hours" is toggled off.

Did you recently change service to a new cell phone provider? If so, you may have to re-register your number with the sites that send the verification codes. If these are banks, you can even call them and see if they can help.
