Can someone tell Samsung that if the AI Transcribe doesn't understand the language being transcribed due to noise issues, to just skip over it. I have US English selected and the recorded message is in US English. It gets to 30% transcribed then gives up completely. If you don't know keep going, and leave the part you got stuck on blank.
Update: Recorded a second audio log today and it still gives up in the 30% range. It usually gives me an error message with auto transcribe( Auto Transcribe couldn't recognize language or something like that). I manually do it and it doesn't even give a reason why.
I have let Support know and they said they're looking into it
Really 😭. It auto transcribed and said it couldn't translate, then I manually put English so that it knows everything should be English and it still gives up. Maybe it's the length, it was 44mins.
