Galaxy S23Hello userpOEpmIqt2Z, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your charging port not working correctly. As Robin621k stated, if your charging port connect feel loose then you would need to have an authorized service technician take a look at your device. The USB cable should be secured firmly in the charging port with very little mobility. If your device detects a poor USB connection, an error will be displayed. Also, as Oxford stated cleaning the charging port could also resolve the issue. Verify that the device, charger, and USB cable have no physical damage, Check for liquid damage. The indicator is found inside the SIM or SD slot, and will appear pink or red if it has been exposed to liquid, Check the USB connections for corrosion and bent pins, Inspect the device, charger, and USB cable for dust or other foreign materials. If possible, test to see if your device works with an alternate Samsung charger.
