Galaxy S23Hi everyone,
I just purchased my S23 Ultra and I am having an issue with photos and screenshots that are sent to me through Samsung messages. I previously had an S20 Ultra and had zero problems with anything received through Samsung messages. Now, all screenshots sent to me and many of the photos people send are grainy, words are unreadable. I've had things sent from all other devices, old, new, Samsung Iphone, Motorola, etc. It all sucks. My service provider has not changed, I've tried other messaging apps, all of my friends phones are all the same, I've changed settings as suggested but nothing works. I even sent myself screenshots and pictures from my phone to my phone, and the received pictures are awful.
The only difference in this entire scenario is my new S23.
I actually bought another S20 Ultra today because I am tired of trying to figure this 23 out. No one seems to have any words of advice except that it is "just a glitch" that may be fixed in the future. How far in the future?? This phone has been out for months!
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Galaxy S23I have been through all of the settings and there is currently not an option in Samsung Messages. When I switch to Google Messages there is, but when I use it there are no changes at all. Most incoming pictures and all screenshots are pixelated.

Galaxy S23I have, and nothing. They are the ones who ran me through the same settings changes, had me try different apps, resets, clear data and cashe, everything. Nothing has changed. I've spent at least 10 hours over the last 2 days on this. No one has any answers or different suggestions. I'm very disappointed.

Galaxy S23I did not asked for a higher tier of support. They also did not have me put the phone in safe mode. Sigh, I guess I should call again tomorrow. I've spent so much time on this issue, it should not even be a thing on a brand new device!

Galaxy S23Put the phone in safe mode, sent myself pictures and screenshots and had others send both to me as well. Same deal.
