Galaxy S23Hello Tagga, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand how worrisome it can be when your touchscreen is not responding properly. There are some troubleshooting steps that you can try to get the touchscreen working again. First remove any third party screen protectors or accessories from your device that could affect the touchscreen from working properly. If you are keeping a screen protector on then you should enable the touch sensitivity option to help with touches: Open Settings, tap display and then tap the switch next to touch sensitivity. If you are not using a screen protector then do not enable touch sensitivity option. Gently wipe the front of your device with a lint free soft microfiber cleaning cloth or a camera lens cleaning cloth. Do not apply pressure when cleaning the device. Restart your device. Disable gestures: Open Settings, tap display, then tap navigation bar and tap buttons to disable full screen gestures. Verify your device is up to date. If you are still having issues then perform a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/
If you are still encountering touchscreen issues then we recommend you get your device checked out by one of our certified service technicians.
