S23 icons changed

Last week my wife's S23 icons changed, and it is now not easy for her to use I can't figure out to get it back to stock. attached is an image of the current home screen.

It looks like Easy Mode accidentally got turned on. Go to settings/display/easy mode and turn it off.

unfortunately, that is not the issue easy mode was off and when turned on it just made the icons all bigger.

@J Mayo That looks like she accidentally clicked on, and enabled a custom launcher. 

Try this:

1. Open the phone settings
2. Click on Apps
3. Click on Choose default apps
4. Look at Home app. It should say underneath it "One UI Home". I'm betting your wife's phone says something else. 
5. To return it to "One UI Home". Click on Home app and select "One UI Home".
