After updates, my base model S23 has reduced camera quality significantly. The colors are washed out. What can I do? I tried clearing cache and data. Still its so bad. But it was good when I bought it.

Check Scene Optimizer:
1. Open the Camera app, go to Settings.
2. Find Scene optimizer under 'Intelligent features'.
3. Try toggling it OFF. The AI can sometimes over-process or artificially brighten images, leading to a washed-out look.
