Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
After 6.1 update its not possible to talk with people in phone more than 16 min & 38 sec ....
I call back, same procedure every time.
As far as I can tell it seems to only affect outgoing calls...
Anyone else? Any suggestions?

___________
Update.
Now I have try the following:
Clear cash for phone app
Renew phone operator settings
Clear cash from boot menu
Still same problem... tomorrow I will if possible try with another sim card.
Update 2.
Today I went to my phone operator store and got a new SIM card and look if there was something wrong with my account. Nothing wrong and still same issue.

..........................................................................

I have alrady posted this on EU Samsung community without any luck, hoping for better luck here

Hello, There. I can understand the frustration! That sounds so aggravating having to end calls and recall! While we are not able to assist with international devices, I can advise what I would do from a US standpoint.

- I would first just make sure that your software is completely up to date on your device. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077582/

- From there, you've already done all of the cache and partition wipes based off your post (https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Discussions/Clear-System-Cache/td-p/2631453)

- I would try to put the phone into safe mode, and see if you're able to bypass the 16-min mark on a call. If calls work fine in safe mode, this would be a sign that a third-party application is causing this. I would slowly begin to remove apps one by one until you're able to narrow it down to who is the culprit.

- Lastly, the last attempt of troubleshooting, would be to do a factory data reset of the phone - https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

I would check with your carrier again, to see if they can see anything or settings from a carrier standpoint that would impact the calls, and then from there, I would recommend service on the phone and see about getting the software reflashed. You can set up service by using the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service
