I've dealt with this for a long time and never really knew why. It probably started with my Note 20 or right when I got my S23 Ultra. For some odd reason when I receive a notification and I go to that corresponding application to "view" the notification, the notification does not clear UNLESS I manually select it or manually clear it on my own. In the past the application notification disappears once you view the notification in the application. Is that something I've done wrong in settings? I have not did a factory reset as I'm hoping to avoid that. I've cleared my cache numerous times. Just wondering if I've done something wrong.
