My galaxy S23 ultra sometimes will start ringing with a ringtone I'm not familiar with and I can't answer it because I can't find the source. I check notifications, and there are no recent ones. I have to reboot my phone to get it to stop.
How do I find the source and how do I stop the ringing?
@Bturner119 You can try using Nice Catch. Download Samsung's Good Lock and install the Nice Catch module. Enable items like Sound history, Vibration history, etc. After it goes off next time, you can check the logs in Nice Catch.
It's actually sounds like the find my phone feature using Samsung SmartThings or even Google locate its a possibility somebody is clicking ring your phone causing it to ring or maybe a software glitch is ringing your device instead of another. I would check your shared location settings for devices through Google and smarthings find.
