Refining pic

Hi!

I am having a problem with pics. If appears this Refining the picture and I am not able to post, edit or look the details. So, nothing. What happen and what should I do to change it?

The pic has those dots and doesn't aloud me to do anything. No details, no share, no edit, nothing

I would expect "refining" a picture using an app to be an in-place behavor that would start with the unrefined frame displayed and end withe refined frame displayed. The only way I would expect to actually observe and analyze the difference between the two would be to not replace the original frame with the refined frame when saving (i.e. save a copy when saving the refined view) then view each in turn repeatedly. Or, if there is an undo/redo feature in the app use it to toggle between the unrefined and refined frame while comparing them. Since I don't recognise the app there's not much more I can say except what I described is how I'd do it in most other imaging software I use.

I am not using any app. It's just gallery. I capture pics and open gallery. I can't export them in any app. Even in Edit that I am using recently
