RCS Chats Always at Setting Up

My RCS chats have randomly stopped working for 3 days, I was on the Messages Beta, but I installed the updates and now on Stable. I tried restarting, clearing the cache, updating my phone, unenrolled from the Messages Beta releases, but nothing is working. (I'm on the S23 Ultra with ONE UI 8 Beta 2)

Edit: I solved the problem, just switched carriers!

I thought that, but it was working fine for like 2 weeks on the 1st Beta.

You really need to post this on the Beta boards as others might have had this problem and found a solution. You also need to put in an error report in the Beta feedback section.

I experienced this as well. Resolved it by visiting play store, uninstalling updates, and reinstalling.
