Can anyone please explain to me why I am STILL waiting on the One UI 7 update?!?! This is extremely frustrating. My husband got his update in April or May, but here I am, growing old and grey waiting on mine 👵🏼 The next one will be out before I even get this one 🙄

Have you changed carriers on that phone? If so, you need to contact your carrier. They may need to flash the update onto your phone

Nope. Same carrier for over a year now 😞

Are you currently traveling to another country? That may be a cause..

Your carrier may have some firmware information for your device somewhere on the web.

Could try the smartswith if the phone is showing current monthly updates be on August or July if not gotbthis months yet maybe smartswith can find the missing part
