One UI 7/8

I see that One UI 8 is being released on the S23, but I still haven't even received 7 yet. Customer care was absolutely useless. Does anyone know why I still haven't even received 7 yet?

With new patch update is draining the battery on S22 and S23 anyone having that problem

Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread, or search for a related thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button (if using a computer) or the blue pencil (if using the app) , choose a category and write your post. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster, and may prevent them and you from getting the assistance needed.

Updates come from your carrier. Contact your carrier about your OneUI7 update.   If you had a carrier locked phone, unlocked it and then switched carriers, your current carrier will not send you the update.  You will have to insert a SIM (active or not) from your old carrier and attempt to download the update from their servers.  If you can't or don't want to do that and you have a computer, download the Smart Switch for computer app, connect your phone and look for an update. 

OneUI8 has not been released yet, it's still in Beta.

I'm seeing a lot of people having trouble with 7. Maybe you don't want it...

The trouble most people are having with OneUI 7 is that they just don't like it, because they do not like the changed look and some settings have changed.  Those with very real issues are very few.

I had the same thing for the S23 Ultra can't find one UI 8 anywhere. I called Samsung technical support they can't help me with it.
So if anyone knows how I can find the beta program please let me know

One UI8 is not released yet.  It is still in beta, and the beta is full at the moment.  They recently opened it up to an additional model, but those slots filled very fast.  If you are not seeing a beta available to you, it's either because it's full or your phone is not eligible.
