My notification for a certain app is not giving it to me

Have you checked your notifications settings are enabled for the app?

You could try clearing clearing app cache > go to device settings > apps > storage > clear cache

Restarting your device also cures glitches and hiccups

I would uninstall the app and then reinstall it to see if that fixes it.
If still nothing, I'd reach out to the developer of the app.
