Galaxy S23@iLıkeÅpples It's easy to re-enable it. Open phone settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings. Near the bottom, enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app".

Galaxy S23I was about to delete my post because I just found that option by myself seconds ago, but thanks for the help. 😂

Galaxy S23In my S23 I have opened phone settings -> Notifications -> Advanced settings. Near the bottom, I enabled the option "Manage notification categories for each app". I want to choose a specific sound each time I receive an instant message in the Google Messages app. I still cannot find the option to do that in this app. Where is that feature?

Galaxy S23@whocares2245 "I have an S20+5G and I sing have that setting"
What version of OS and One UI is your phone using?
If I remember correctly the "Manage notification categories for each app" setting first appeared in One UI 6.1. Earlier versions of the UI didn't have this option and essentially had this enabled by default.
