Not connected to internet, issue with calls, and phone is slower mong other issues with Ui7

How do I get rid of ui7? My phone is slower, calls have more static and drop outs, says I'm not connected to internet. Tech support had me reset network and then it wouldn't even complete a speed test. Samsung support says i have to pay for them to diagnose. I just want to revert to what worked fine.

Tech support said nothing they can do for me. Have to wait for more updates. Updates caused this problem. Would a insurance claim get me a phone without this ui7 **bleep**?

It put apps back on my phone that I had already deleted, changed settings, turned the side power button into Gemini **bleep** I don't use, changed the notification bar thing on top. I think it sucks all the way around
