I have apps i.e. Teams, CashApp that come with there own default sound but the only notifications available to me are the Samsung basic sounds. How can I get the sound that comes with the App I am installing?
Zedge offers quite a large selection of sound files to download. It's possible the notifications for the respective app(s) will be available there. Otherwise you will have to search the Internet for the files and then place them into your Notifications folder in your phone's Internal Storage.

The app willl installl it's own sound and link to it, but it won't appear in the sound list. Only a problem if you want to use that particular sound for something else. You could try searching gor it in file manager in the apps folder, or global search by ext. Keep in mind some app specific sounds my not have audio extension suufixes.
