Kindly, my phone s23utra got lost, I suspect that someone is taking my photo and vidoes them and is using and post them on Internet, please may you please reset and factory so that it reset and erase all data please in my phone ....
Sorry to hear this but you would need to login to Samsung Find or Google find my with the account logged into the phone and lock and or reset your device.

Sorry to hear about your device. Is there a reason you suspect they are using your device and posting from your device? Are posts appearing on your social media accounts you didn't put there that appears to be from that device?
If so, you may be able to use location tagging to identify the relative location of the device.
If you suspect your accounts are compromised, you should immediately change passwords and enable 2FA.
As Gary suggested, you should be able to use the tool provided to wipe the device remotely.
However, if your device was stolen, in all likelihood, a thief would attempt to wipe the device ASAP as they would most likely be wanting the hardware rather than access to your specific accounts.
Also, in addition to what @GaryB82 said, once you go into your Samsung and Google accounts, change the passwords to those accounts. If someone got into your lost phone, they either managed to crack your pin/password or you had no security on it. Either way, use the find app to lock/reset your phone.
