Mobile data icon has disappeared.How do I get it back without factory resetting?

My mobile data icon has disappeared. I can't get it back . I have followed various directions such as turn off phone hold down the up volume key and on at the same time , then select repair apps. THIS DOES NOT WORK. 

please help !

Drag diagonally from upper right. At the bottom of the icons you'll see a handle. Pull down on the handle.

Pull down from the top right, press the pencil icon, go to panel settings on the top left, toggle on together.

The reason they couldn't help you, you didn't say quick settings buttons. Press the arrow button, then done.

It's on mine. But I have set my pull down menu to be like the One UI 6. All icons together. Then I see it when I expand the menu to see all of the icons.
