Medtronic Issues anyone?

What the heck is going on? Hubby had issues with his pump last night and I couldn't get on Carelink for his numbers!! Per T-mobile, its a " them, not us" issue! App thinks my phone is jailbroken! Anyone having issues?

Have you contacted the developers of that device or app? Have they upgraded it to be compatible with the version of OS and UI on your device?

I did call Medtronics and they said someone will call me back. The customer support i was speaking with was more on the clinical side.
