Low volume after update!!!

I hesitantly updated my S23 to ONE UI 6.1 & unfortunately the volume has decreased DRASTICALLY!!! The volume is VERY LOW even on MAX during phone calls & or streaming vids!!! This update SUCKS!!! Stay FAR AWAY from the ONE UI 6.1 update unless u get hearing aids to help w/the low volume🙄🤬

If i recall was a year or more ago now ui6 or ui6.1 was released

Right you got the ui 6 update last year what you got and shows is the march update not ui6

@Stewie29 The screenshot of your update indicates that it is the size of a monthly security update. You already had UI 6.1 on your phone,

After the update did you wipe the device cache partition. It is good to do that after every firmware update.

Yes I cleared the cache. I also did a diagnostic test. It detected something wrong w/media speaker. Speaker doesn't have any dirt, etc blocking it so I don't understand the issue. I just find it very strange that I have volume issues after this update.

If the speaker has failed, that could explain why the volume has issues.
