Galaxy S23I use Samsung Internet Browser as my primary web browser. I have the News Feed enabled and read it daily. However, it has not updated for the past 5 days. I have tried to refresh, restart my phone, clear the cache, double check my settings, enable/reenable it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's stuck on the same old news and have not gotten any update whatsoever. I haven't been able to find anyone else with this issue. Please advise, thank you

Galaxy S23Yep, this problem has been going on for a week as of September 4th, 2025. I've done all the troubleshooting steps that I've been able to find via Google, including uninstalling the browser back to the original version and even deleting phone cache, and nothing has worked to resolve the issue. I did the same thing as one other person here mentioned and checked to see if the issue was the same on my brother's phone, and that was the case too. This problem is also present on the most recent 29.x beta version of Samsung internet browser.
Last night, I filed a troubleshooting report to Samsung via the "Contact Us" option in internet browser about this problem and I have yet to receive a reply.
As for the other news options, Samsung news is kind of garbage. The default News internet browser quickpage option is also very lame in terms of functionality, quality of news, and quantity of news. The Taboola news feed is vastly superior.
Although, the Taboola news feed does have a quirk of repeating the same news, as if there's some kind of chronological article time sync order cache problem for lack of a better description. My workaround for that problem has been going into the Homepage quick access display option and choosing "None", backing out to the Homepage to delete that tab, creating a new Homepage tab, going back to the Homepage quick access display option and choosing "News feed", and then backing out to the new Homepage that will automatically refresh the Taboola news feed with the proper chronological article order. A majority of the time, this procedure works to resync the chronological order of new and old news articles.
It's not necessarily necessary to delete the new homepage tab and create a new one, but sometimes I do in order to not accidentally tap the arrow to go back in the new homepage tab to the old homepage that didn't have the news feed in case it may engage some news feed chronological order goofiness that might screw up the corrected news feed I just created. I have yet to submit this little bug report and workaround to Samsung. I definitely want to get it resolved, because it is a real pain in the rear end to have to use this workaround so often to get articles time synced properly.

Galaxy S23I agree. I don't want to have to use another app. I already open up Samsung Internet daily, so in passing I see the news headlines daily. Plain and simple. I really hope they fix this issue, or put out a new update soon.

Galaxy S23Within the past hour, I got a reply from Samsung's tech support regarding this issue. Unfortunately, they're suggesting going in and changing to a different news feed, which may have been a option in past versions of sib, but not the current version, and not for many versions that I've used over the years. So, I guess they're troubleshooting scripts need to be updated to show changing news feeds is not an option in current versions of sib. Now I've just got to get back to them with the information they requested so they can hopefully escalate the problem upwards to somebody that might actually be able to help.
Yeah I understand. Sib is the best browser I have ever used, and the Taboola news feed and format is superior to anything else I've tried or been offered. So for a daily news-hound like me, being deprived of continuous updates is a little rough.

Galaxy S23Same issue here. I use Samsung Internet Browser on two new Samsung tablets and also on my non-Samsung phone (Pixel 10). Samsung Internet Browser is the best internet browser available on Android.
None of the three have updated the news feed in 11 days as of this writing. All have had cache cleared, full app storage cleared/reset, app uninstalled/reinstalled. Rebooted phone and tablets before, after, and inbetween various changes. Makes no difference. News feed is the best one available, I don't want to change to another app for news, either.

Galaxy S23FYI to everybody that's having this problem, I contacted Samsung through sib on Saturday 9 13 25, which is convoluted, and let them know about this problem. I was given some troubleshooting steps that we have all followed and some we can't follow because the browser doesn't have the function to select any other news feed other than Taboola. I also included the link to this community post so that app tech support can see this is not an isolated incident. I've been told this issue has been forwarded to the developers for addressing and fixing. How developers of sib are unaware of this problem is rather mind-boggling unless they don't use their own product. Then again, maybe there's more to the technical story than I'm aware, like maybe some sib users are affected and some are not for separate reasons.
Also, if you ever use sib to send messages to tech support, know that you will not be able to respond to them via the email address that's included in the email you were sent. The email that they send as a response contains a no reply email address. Unfortunately, the only way you can converse with tech support is through the cumbersome use of sib.
