I'm having a problem have a Samsung a14 and some how the recording feature came on with the last update. Now my phone calls no one can hear me when I answer the phone or call out
The **bleep** thing has activated twice in two days while I was on calls holding tbe phone to my face. Samsung is the worst...they know this is a problem and are doing NOTHING to address it. And to those who say "use a different dialer app" that is just a terruble non-solution since the Samsung native dialer has other features that I depend upon. Not happy andlooking at other brands to replace what had been a perfectly good phone that Samsung f'ed up trying to emulate iPhone.
What features does the Samsung native dialer app have that you depend on that others do not? It's a basic dialer. Using another dialer is a perfectly acceptable solution. And, if you depend on features in the Samsung native dialer so much, do you really think you are going to get those features on another branded phone, if you don't seem to think they are available in other dialers? It seems to me that downloading Phone by Google is a lot easier and cheaper solution than purchasing another phone just because you are peeved at the recording option. But go on, no one is forcing you to switch dialers or stay with a brand you don't like.
