Help!!! App page disappeared

Some how my second page of apps, I thought, disappeared, but now I see then on the fourth page as I scroll, I have no idea how this could have happened, how can I make it the second page as it always was, right now the second page is what was always the third page, I never had a fourth but now what was the second moved all the way over

⁃   Touch & Hold Any Empty Space
     On The Home Screen  ≻
⁃   Then Press and Hold Any Page,
     And You Can Move Them Around
     Whatever Order / Position You Want.
