Grey notification pop-up appears and can't remove

I have a gray bar at the bottom of my screens that says everything I do on my phone. Example: you just wrote a community post. It blocks my keyboard and all bottom features and I cannot get rid of it. I don't want to do a factory reset. Can anyone please help 😭
