Gallery Menu doesnt show settings

For some reason an album isnt uploading to Onedrive.  However when I open Gallery & click the 3 dots, theres no Settings option.  Which I assume is where I could add the album to upload.  How do I get all albums uploading?

Hit the bottom 3 lines on the bottom right.
