So if I'm already logged in the Samsung, why would they send out a email saying that they're gonna delete my account? Is that a fake email?Can anybody confirm

It's just a notification of the new policy. Inactive accounts (dormant for 24 months) that are not signed into before July 31 will be deleted.

Just make sure that any Samsung account you want preserved is signed in on your devices.
