Hi Samsung...

I'm not usually one to comment in these forums, but it has become such a problem that i need to address this... 1.. the power button on the side of the phone... Its a power button, please stop forcing it to open bixby(which i don't use) or changing the double press setting... This is really annoying.. especially when you change the settings on my phone that i set... When an update comes, it changes the setting to Samsung's default... Very frustrating... 2. The swipe down for status bar from anywhere on the screen except the top right corner, needs to go... Put it back to the way it was.. I'm right handed. So, when i swipe down with my thumb i expect to see the notification screen as it was, not top right swipe down opens notification device settings like wifi Bluetooth media output smart view etc etc... with no status bar notifications... Having notifications only from the top left swiping down doesn't cut the mustard so to speak.. please revert this, or make it an option to choose to keep the old way or use the new way... 3... Also the "Now Bar" on Always on display needs tweaking.. generally it's a good idea, however it os not very customizable and is difficult to find the setting in settings to change/modify it.. please expand and add options to it.. such as app notifications from sources such as a news app or like you already have it with Google sports .... The Now bar has potential... Enabling added details to the information provided would be excellent as well. For example today is shows for me the Boston Red Sox vs Toronto Blue Jays, it shows 2 icons as a score update with inning/time of game.. please include up to date/minute info such as who has possession (basketball/football etc etc) or who's at bat/pitcher baseball at bat count etc.. or something with extended details.. it'd be a great feature...

I'm still working out getting used to some of the new things as my phone isn't as I'd like it to be.. but i know it's a work in progress... If you are reading this and have any extra recommendations for Samsung please leave a comment. Thanks -John G.

You can change the swipe-down with the pencil in quick settings. Go to panel settings, change it to "together."

By the way, this is a user-to-user forum. Samsung developers won't see your comments. If you experience issues with something that you'd like to report, you can submit feedback through the support tab at the bottom of the Members app.

They did a great job hiding some features. Lol

Are you familiar with Good Lock? It's an officially sanctioned app that adds a lot of customization features through various modules. QuickStar lets you mess with the quick panel, including changing how much of the status bar you can swipe on for notifications vs quick settings. You can download GL from either the Galaxy Store or Play Store. 1745983703119.jpg

1. Just remap the long press back to power. Go to your Quick panel are press the power off icon. Google to side key settings, long press, change it to power menu. Map the double press any way you want.

2 has been answered.

3. As the now bar is opened to developers you might see more stuff added to it. This is an app called MLB, and in there is Game Day for every game to do that. You are asking for too much from Google Scores
