Can not make a conference call.

Can not make conference call on ultra23, first number goes in ok, when click add number and put it in get immediate message call not sent. took to rogers, then confirmed their set up, even took sim card out and tried in another phone and conference worked so must be this phone. The phone is only 6 months old paid a lot of cash for it and am at the point of ditching and and going to an iphone.

Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it is to not be able to make a conference call. Since it seems you have tried troubleshooting and are thinking it's the phone I would suggest taking it into one of our certified technicians for them to have a look at it!
