Call background no longer working after One UI 7 update

My Galaxy S23+ just updated this morning and since the update my contact id's no longer show up. I've checked the setting, cleared cache and restarted my phone and it still doesn't work and the pictures are showing saved to the contact. How can this be fixed? What's the point of having a contact picture for your contacts if it's not going to show up while you're on the call. Please fix this, it was working fine before this update was done. I have also done everything in the best practices article and it still doesn't work. I'm alright with all of the other updates that were done but I would still like for the picture that I have saved for my contacts to show when I get a call and while I'm on the call.

I have an s24 ultra and everything worked for me. You are talking about the profile cards, right?

Yes I am. The picture that I have saved for the profile card used to show up as the background for the call but it no longer shows up since the update was done.

I just had my wife call me and her profile card picture showed up on my screen when she called. That is what you're asking, right? I'm assuming then yours is not working like this? One thing I did notice in the profile cards there are so many options to edit the profile card picture now.

Yes that's what I'm referring too. Also, while I'm on the call the profile picture used to show as the background behind the buttons and the contact name but it no longer shows that way.

I can't find the setting, but mine comes up with a mini or floating profile card picture along with the green and red phone icons. I was going to try to set it where the whole screen but I can't find the setting LOL

Lol, well before the update, when I only had a profile picture it came up in the small circle but once I updated the profile card that's when it started showing up over the whole screen

Same issue it now is blurred out in the background. It shows when the call comes initially but once I answer it now appears blurred in the background.

If I'm not wrong I believe you have to set both with the same. The profile card and the icon picture.
