Why does the "Assistant Menu" on my S23 U keep turning itself on? 3rd time I've had to turn it off now.

This is coming to you late but I was having an issue with it too and figured it out something I was doing. Accidentally pressing the button on the bottom right of my screen. To the right of the arrow, looks like a person.
