Alarm clock won't shut up!

There are times when my alarm clock is sounding off that if I happen to mistap the notification that shows snooze/disarm, in other words, my finger didn't tap it. It will then disappear but the alarm still sounds. I open the alarm app, which it I then turn off the current alarm and it doesn't dismiss, disable or anything when it comes to the noise still going off. 

Also this happens by chance I don't tap the notification bubble within a few minutes. If this happens the notification is long gone and nothing I can do to stop it. In both instances I've tried voice assistance to stop it and while the va or even Gemini may think it has completed the task, the speaker on the phone says otherwise. 

Restart phone is the only way I can shut it up! I use Microsoft launcher. Any way I can fix this problem that has been going on for months it seems. 

If I click the window on first try or within two minutes then there's no issues. I only miss the tap when I'm driving my big rig while the phone is mounted properly.

@dseller Have you tried using the Samsung One UI launcher instead of the Microsoft launcher?

No I haven't. I've thought of doing that but I would lose the features the launcher provides, mainly icon pack app. I think I'll see if there's another app that works with the launcher if in so that being the issue

Normally when my alarm goes off, theres a full screen alarm screen with a big ol' "X" to slide to dismiss or a snooze option. There is no way to mis-tap and have or disappear. There is no notification bubble, as it does not present as a notification - it presents as an alarm, much the same way a phone call does. If you are using a custom launcher instead if Samsung's UI, I guess your alarm behaves differently. You have two choices, keep your current launcher and learn to aim better, or use the native UI.

Have you activated Bixby on your phone, you can then just say cancel alarm or snooze.

This is the best choice, because you don't need it use a hot word, just dismiss or snooze. if you don't have a Galaxy watch. With the watch you can do a pinch gesture by tapping your thumb and index finger.
