My wifi keeps connecting and disconnecting. Then sometimes it will say it's connected without internet. I've reset my modem and my router several times
, and have also reset the network settings
On my phone, yet the problem still persists. What could be the issue? I'm using a Galaxy S22

Hello KingJPierre, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations with your device not connecting to your Wi-Fi properly. Thank you for stated the troubleshooting steps that you have already completed. Sometimes Wi-Fi problems are caused by simple network issues. Other times, you may need to take additional steps on your phone or tablet to ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable. Showing Connected without Internet: Verify you have the correct password for the network. With some older security types an incorrect password will make it appear as though you are connected but will not provide any access

Disconnect and then reconnect. Navigate to and open Settings, and then tap Connections. Tap Wi-Fi, and then tap the Settings icon next to your desired network. Tap Forget, and then try reconnecting

Restart your router and device

If you are unable to access the internet after you have rebooted the Wi-Fi router, please contact your Internet Service Provider for further troubleshooting

Perform a Factory Data Reset: Please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset

Navigate to Settings. Search for and select Factory data reset. Tap Factory data reset again, and then tap Reset. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset. You may need to enter your Samsung account password or Lock screen password. The phone or tablet will reboot.

If you are still encountering any issues, please visit a Samsung walk-in service center or you can schedule a repair service online.

The phone is able to connect to your wifi and without the internet.... that means your internet provider is offline/having troubles......
Think of wifi like this:
Wifi is the water pipe.....the internet is the water going through the pipe.....
So, check with your internet provider.... it's not your phone or your router...
