Web Posts Not Showing in Samsung Members App

Hello,

I have been using Samsung Community via Google web and have posted multiple threads and replies there. I have also earned several badges.

However, when I log in to the Samsung Members app on my phone with the same Samsung account, none of my web posts, replies, or badges appear. The app shows 0 posts / 0 comments.

Could you please advise if there is a way to sync my Google web Community activity with the Samsung Members app so that I can see all my posts, replies, and earned badges in the app?

If you are logging in with the same Samsung username and account, the web and app should already be synced.  The posts are contained under your user name.  I see 2 posts (including this one), 5 comments and 4 badges in your profile - on both the app and the web interface.  Do you have more than that?

Their website posts are on the US boards, OP is in Pakistan, Members app is Geo tagged for Pakistan community only.

Just my 2 cents but your activity i.e bades or post or comments etc should be showing in the phone app as they do on the browser you could check the galaxy store see if theres a members app update you havent got yet

You posted on the web in the US community, you will not see those posts in the Members app due to Geo tagging. You will only see posts from the Pakistan community. That is where you should be posting your question. They are better equipped to help you.
