Visual voicemail is not working, no solution from Samsung or AT&T

Visual voice mail is not working. I used it in the past but, few months after purchasing s22 ultra it stopped working. I can't find solution I installed, uninstalled cleared cache, etc. I talked to Att, nothing works

Thanks for the instructions. It fixed my voicemail problem also. Only thing I had to do different at the end was boot my phone, then the voicemail setup worked and all good now

It's your VPN. I have been trying to figure this out for a year, maybe 2. If you have a VPN, you have to allow it to bypass the voicemail app. Fixed it immediately.

Tried every single thing multiple times

Force stop visual voicemail & phone app Clear cache & data.
Reset network settings. Reboot.

Also changed VM pin to 10 digits.

Nothing works.

Visual Voice Mail will only work over a mobile network. Here's a work around to get it to work. Tap on Settings. Tap on Connections. Tap on Networks for apps. Scroll down to Voicemail and tap on it. Three drop down settings will show. Tap on Mobile Data preferred. Your all set. What was happening is, When you have Wi Fi enabled and also have Voicemail set to WiFi and Mobil Data. It will choose Wi-Fi and not work. So by changing it to mobile data preferred. It will no longer conflict with the wifi setting and will work properly.
