Galaxy S22Then my spouse shared with me about how she was mistreated by the Verizon tech. I won't get into this here -- but I think that helped out with her case.
The S24 Ultra is a really nice phone -- and it has a positive review for quality.
Samsung should look into the documented antenna issues. They all read identical and it surely isn't made up.
Thank you to those who replied! I will keep this open to tell you the results of going from the 22 to the 24.

Galaxy S22Big a copy of the posts to the Verizon Store.
I have never had a quality issue with a Samsung product. Their phones never failed me either.
This strange situation of "is it the antenna" or "software" issue is perplexing.
I am glad we can discuss this here.
