Urgent Assistance Required for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Issues Post-Update

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention several critical issues I have been experiencing with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra following a recent software update.

Since completing the update, I have noticed the following problems with my device:

  1. Overheating: The phone has started to overheat significantly, which was never an issue prior to the update.
  2. S-Pen Malfunction: The S-Pen has completely stopped working. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, I have not been able to restore its functionality.
  3. Screen Issue: Most concerning, as of today, the lower half of the screen has become unresponsive and is not functioning at all.

I would like to emphasize that my device has not been dropped or subjected to any physical damage. These issues have arisen solely post-update and are not due to any fault or misuse on my part.

After contacting a service center near me, they informed me that the device won't be replaced free of cost. However, given that this problem is not due to any mistake on my part, and considering that this is a flagship device, I kindly request that you consider replacing the display free of charge.

I have been using the Samsung ecosystem for quite a few years and have always been satisfied with your products. As a loyal user of your premium products, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
