Unlocking my S22 goes to home screen rather the previous app

Hello, I got an s22 recently and I realised everytime I unlock it, it goes back to the home screen rather than the previous app, how do I fix this?

It is supposed to go open on the home screen unless you left an app open and visible, then it should open to the app on the screen.
