Still having issues with replacement phone

I just received a "refurbished" phone because my original phone stop charging. On the "refurbished" phone my motion sensors and magnetic sensors are not working. I've tried restarting the phone and factory resetting the phone and still nothing. Anyone know what's going on?

They don't know what they're talking about, You know these phone companies just want you to buy a whole new phone with them

Return it plain and simple. If they give you any trouble and if you paid by credit card initiate a chargeback and get the process started. Don't go back and forth with the seller.
