Shortcut disappeared in Lock Screen Settings

What happened to my Shortcuts in the lock screen setting, there is no option any longer?

I want to add my camera back on lock screen and the Shortcut has disappeared. Can someone please advise, thank you!

• Settings>Lock Screen> no Shortcut???
