Galaxy S22
My tip is use an alternative to Pass. Even if it works, it does not work. I gave up on trying almost a year ago after using it for a while and not having any problems with passwords or cards I discovered the autofill feature had started putting all of my information in the name field any time I tried to use it. After many attempts to solve the problem with various suggestions they included deletion of all saved information, clearing cache and a factory reset nothing stopped the issue. The best I could get was if I cleared cache, I could go a few days and everything was ok but eventually it would start happening again. In a chat with support they actually tried to tell me the information was all input on the name field when I set it up. No. The name field did not include my name address and phone number and if for some reason it did why was this still happening after I deleted everything on my account and pass and my phone and on web and anything else associated with the content in pass and it still did the same thing. Switched all the functions you get from Pass to Google. The only issue I have with that is Google password manager doesn't work with Samsung Internet. The workable solution is using Samsung Internet to save passwords, not Pass. Once I realized how bad Pass was and moved on, I also became more aware of other apps that Samsung is really bad at. Most of my standards have been replaced by Google since then. There are things Samsung does great but if they don't do something great, they are actually really bad at whatever it is. IMO Samsung hardware is the best and software is not even close and is almost unusable.
