Can someone please tell me how I can download music to my Samsung music app? It goes to HLM1 and then I can't figure out how to get it to my music app. I don't know if this is the result of one of the updates but I'm getting very frustrated with it. Thank you.
Go into a phone store and have someone physically help you/show you. I get what @realaud is saying and he is correct. I do it all the time with moving different items around.
You went to a store? Or what I said didn't work for you. If it didn't work, I either did not explain it clearly enough, or you did not understand what I was saying. Millions of people transfer files from one folder to another on phones every day through the file manager. Did you never use a computer and a file manager to move files, or has your only experience been with tablets and phones?

I tried to send you screen shots of each step I took but it wouldn't let me. I downloaded a converter so I could transfer songs to my Samsung music app. I really do appreciate your help.
