Can someone please tell me how I can download music to my Samsung music app? It goes to HLM1 and then I can't figure out how to get it to my music app. I don't know if this is the result of one of the updates but I'm getting very frustrated with it. Thank you.

It use to let me open with the music app now it won't. This is from the move option. It still comes up HLM1.1756739020709.jpg

You must GO INTO the HLM1 folder and select your files to move, or you will not get the options menu on the bottom.  You have to go into the HLM1 folder, select the files, then select "move", then tap the place where it says "internal storage: download" and change it from the download folder to the music folder than select "copy here".  Make sure you tap the music folder to open it before tapping "copy here".  If you don't find a "music" folder, create one.

At the top of your screen shot did you tap on internal storage then search for the music file? Then you would click on the music folder then click move here.

What you’re running into (seeing “HLM1”) is most likely the Download folder or a storage location on your device (sometimes Samsung shows things like HLM1 or internal storage depending on the update or carrier). I'm still investigating your issue. If I find something I will let you know. Maybe someone more tech savvy then me will solve your issue.

You couldn't have, or you didn't understand the directions.  It's not complicated, it's pretty straightforward.  Your screenshot is showing the "share" screen, not the file manager screen.  I think you are better off being shown the steps by someone who is physically with you.   Or, maybe someone else here is better at walking you through the steps than I have been, although I thought I was being pretty clear.

I have tried repeatedly, I even talked to Samsung and followed the steps they gave me and it still didn't work. Thank you for trying to help me, I do appreciate it.
