My phone is a few days old. Today it froze on the home screen displaying frequently used apps. No Apps worked and i couldn't even send texts or call anyone. It wouldn't let me restart the phone. Eventually it allowed me to use the side keys and I restarted it.
I am returning it to the supplier and wonder if it's a frequent issue with the S22?
I think this is the update causing the problems. As many have complained re the same problem. Did you install 6.iu and android14? If it isn't your provider install Smart Tutor & let Samsung go into your phone and suss out the problem. I've used them a few times & they are truly good at locating issues causing problems.
